Manage Orders
Once your account is set up and inventory is at the warehouse, Basic 3PL handles all picking, packing, label generation, and shipment. Your role is to submit or sync orders and monitor their status in Basic GO.
There are two ways to bring orders into Basic GO for fulfillment. Once an order is received, the warehouse handles everything — you do not pick, pack, print labels, or generate shipments manually.
If you use platforms like Shopify or Amazon, orders import automatically once your storefront is connected. Each order maps to a service level — Standard, Express, or Overnight — based on the shipping option the buyer selected.
Orders can also be created manually inside the platform for one-off or custom shipments.
Once an order is received by Basic 3PL, the warehouse team takes over. You do not need to take any action to trigger fulfillment.
Once an order ships, tracking information becomes available in Basic GO. If your storefront is connected, tracking updates are pushed back automatically so your buyers are notified.
If you have questions about an order's status or need to modify or cancel an order, contact Basic 3PL Support via Live Chat as early as possible — modifications may not be possible once an order enters picking or packing.
