Max balance $100,000. Auto-reload recommended to prevent fulfillment interruptions.
$ 2,000 BALANCE
1
Purpose

Soapbox Wallet is a pre-funded balance inside the platform that automatically covers shipping label purchases and fulfillment batch processing. Keeping it funded ensures your operations never stop due to a declined payment at checkout.

2
Mandatory Prerequisite: Payment Method on File

Before you can add funds or enable auto-reload, you must have a valid payment method saved in Soapbox.

The "Add Funds" button will be disabled if no payment method is saved. Complete this step first before attempting to fund your wallet.
Accepted methods
Credit Card or ACH
  • Credit Card: enter card information when prompted
  • ACH (Bank Account): complete verification through Plaid

Core Wallet Rules

Three rules govern how the wallet works at all times:

$100,000
Maximum balance
Wallet balance cannot exceed this amount. Deposits above this limit will be rejected.
Usage
Automatic deduction
Funds are automatically used when you purchase shipping labels or process fulfillment batches. No manual action required.
Warning
Insufficient funds
If your balance is too low to cover a transaction, it will not be completed. Keep enough funds in your wallet to avoid fulfillment interruptions.
